We do not ask you to replace anything. We ask for two things and give one back.
Read the account, hold the conversation, write the result. That is the whole integration story. Your core system stays your core system, your dialler stays where it is if you want it there, and your agents keep working in the tool they already know. Anyone proposing a rip-and-replace to run a calling programme is selling you a project, not an outcome.
Two reads, one write, and nothing else is mandatory.
- The account view. Enough of the record to hold a credible conversation: who this is, what they hold, what is outstanding, what was last promised. Read-only is fine.
- The list. Who to call and why, either pushed to us or pulled on a schedule.
- A route to your people. Somewhere to transfer the call that needs judgement, with the context attached.
- The disposition on every attempt, written back where your team already looks, so nobody reconciles two systems by hand.
- The recording, the transcript and the score, for all of it rather than a sample.
- The outcome, in the form your reporting already uses, so the programme can be measured without a new dashboard nobody opens.
If you cannot give us live access on day one, we can start with a file exchange and move to an interface later. Plenty of programmes have begun that way; it is slower and it works.
Pick the one your security team will actually approve.
We call your interfaces to read the account and write the result, inside whatever authentication and network controls you require.
Lists in, results out, on a schedule, over a channel your security team already runs.
We sit alongside your existing switch or dialler, or provide the calling layer ourselves if you would rather not touch it.
You tell us something happened and we act on it: a bounce, a lapse, a form filled, a cart abandoned. Latency is the whole value here.
The list, and the honest state of it.
Here is where we are live today, grouped by the kind of system. The names in each group are representative examples, not a certified or exhaustive integration list.
Such as Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared and Microsoft Dynamics.
Such as Ozonetel, Exotel, Knowlarity and enterprise contact-centre platforms.
Core banking, loan-management and policy-administration systems.
Such as Freshdesk and Zendesk.
WhatsApp Business API, SMS, IVR and voice.
Surfacing context in the agent's existing screen.
Connector counts are the easiest thing in this category to inflate, because a connector that reads one field and a connector that runs a programme both count as one on a slide. So the commitment we make is narrower and more useful: bring us your stack on a call, and we will tell you which of the four modes fits, what access we need, and how long it takes. If something is genuinely hard we will say so then, not in week six.
Answered before you have to chase us for it.
Only the fields the conversation needs. We do not ask for a full table dump because we do not need one, and a smaller scope is easier for both sides to defend. Data is held in India, encrypted, and logically separated so no other client's programme can see it.
This is the question that decides the deal, so it is answered directly in the data processing terms rather than buried here. The short version is that tuning which improves your calls stays inside your programme.
If a system of record is unreachable, the agent does not invent an answer. It either handles the part it can without the record or routes to a person, and the failure is logged as a failure rather than dressed up as a completed call.
Most connections run over existing APIs, so timelines depend on your systems' access and change windows. The variable is almost never our side; it is how long access approval takes in yours, which is why we usually recommend starting a file-based pilot in parallel with the access request.
Bring your architecture diagram. We will mark it up.
Thirty minutes with your integration lead is worth more than any connector list. Tell us what runs your book, what your dialler is, where your agents work, and what your security team will not allow, and we will tell you what a first programme looks like inside those limits.
