Creative/Chatbot Copywriter

You will be part of an advanced technology team; whose primary goal is to ensure realistic conversation cohesiveness in our chatbot processes. Using effective communication skills, you will work alongside our development team and engage multiple project teams by working closely with them to achieve this goal and improve this capability within our bots. You will be responsible for designing, creating content tailored to business needs, as well as creating human-like  conversations for our Chatbots.

Typical work week look like:-

  • Brainstorm the possible interactions users would have with brands
  • Create content for responses that is consistent and recognizable as a character that comes to life
  • Collaborate with developers, product and design teams and design engaging conversations accordingly
  • Review the conversation our Chatbot had with their users on a weekly basis and suggest improvements
  • Track progress of customer specific product improvements and measure impact
  • Have a deep understanding of our Chatbot processes/business partners and how our bots add value to the application/service
  • Collaborate with product teams to contribute business functional needs towards product development
  • Work with quality assurance individual/team of conversations before launch
  • Collaborate with management on maintaining the long-term vision and roadmap
  • Demonstrate the latest iteration of the product to stakeholders
  • Knowing when to simplify language to communicate ideas and when to use specialized language to establish credibility

    Marketing Manager

    As a marketing manager, you will work closely with the organisation and it’s leadership and assist in defining and executing on the brand vision and strategy. You will be responsible for growing, managing and leading multiple marketing efforts. You will assist to increase brand awareness, accelerate growth through creative well planned campaigns across paid, owned and organic channels.

    Having a strong combination of marketing principles, experience, hustle, creativity, a willingness to take initiative along with great communication skills – you would need to think like a business owner and focus on meaningful results that directly impact the business.

    Typical work week looks like :-

    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis on an on-going basis and aid in defining the organisation brand strategy.
    • Assist in writing content that leads to higher category and awareness within the niche.
    • Collaborate with the design team to bring content to life.
    • Assist in creating and distributing compelling marketing assets such as white papers, case studies, videos, infographics, blogs etc.
    • Conduct SEO research and help in planning and executing the SEO and content strategy for the brand.
    • Work with marketing and communications peers to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
    • Generate ideas for running growth experiments across channels and enable end to end execution, planning and reporting of such campaigns. These would be across email, social etc.
    • Contribute to the content strategy and execution.
    • Assisting the product teams and sales teams to develop pitch decks and product guides which are in-line with brand tone and voice.
    • An opportunity to own the complete channel strategy across 1-2 channels for Convert by ORI over a 30-60-90 day period.

    Presales & Solution Consultant

    Looking out for Presales & Solutions Consultant rockstar to provide Pre Sales support to the Sales Team. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will provide pre-sales support to the sales team to sell products, services, and solutions to drive the adoption of conversational automation solutions. You will engage alongside sales & marketing teams across our telco, BFSI, Auto, and retail customers to position the value proposition for ORI.

    Typical work week looks like:-

    • Proficiency in analyzing the customer’s business, applications and converting the business needs into viable technical solutions across ORI products including analytics
    • Should be an expert in understanding a diverse range of software products, solutions and concepts 
    • Creating a compelling value proposition for ORI Products & Solutions across verticals by architecting solutions, structuring deals and strategic consulting
    • Work with the sales team to conceptualize new business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generation.
    • Lead client workshops to collaborate with client employees and internal stakeholders
    • Draft business solutions, proposals, SoW & plan KTs to internal teams
    • Shadow delivery team to ensuring superior quality delivery satisfying client requirements articulated in SOW 
    • Coordinating with the sales and marketing team to incorporate customer feedback and create an SOP for optimizing product communication. 
    • Creating documents, decks, drafts, and sales material to aid the sales team in communicating solutions and aiding client acquisition. 
    • Conducting product demos for a select set of clients across categories and geographies.

You will act as instrumental in developing strategic partnerships and executing the same to meet the individual, team, and organizational goals. This role plays a crucial role to maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards

    Typical work week looks like:-

    • Builds long-term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
    • Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. 
    • Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. 
    • Coordinate with Client Technology, Alliance Practice or Sector and Alliance partner on the development of technical elements of the campaign (demos and other tech assets)
    • Activation of the campaign into each region through internal and external awareness sessions
    • Actively track joint sales pipelines and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. 
    • Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. 
    • Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
    • Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. 
    • Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes.
    • Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity.

    We’re in search of a Back-End Software Engineer that specializes in server-side components. In this role, you’ll primarily work on Node JS, MongoDB, Redis, building scalable products and will bring a depth of knowledge on algorithms and data structures.     • Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.

    Sr. Machine Learning, NLP & AI Engineer

    We are looking for applicants who have a demonstrated research background in AI, Deep Learning, and NLP, a passion for independent research and technical problem-solving, and a proven ability to develop and implement ideas from research. The candidate will collaborate with researchers and engineers of multiple disciplines within Ori, in particular with researchers in data science and development teams to develop advanced NLP and AI solutions. Work with massive amounts of data collected from various sources.

    Typical work week looks like:-

    • Work with product/business owners to map business requirements into products / productized solutions and/or working prototypes of NLP & ML algorithms.
    • Evaluate and compare algorithm performance based on large, real-world data sets.
    • Mine massive amounts of data from various sources to gain insights and identify patterns using machine learning techniques and complex network analysis methods.
    • Design and implement ML algorithms and models through in-depth research and experiment with neural network models, parameter optimization, and optimization algorithms.
    • Work to accelerate the distributed implementation of existing algorithms and models.
    • Conduct research to advance the state of the art in deep learning and provide technical solutions at scale for real-world challenges in various scenarios.
